At our gift shop, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully curated with time, effort, and attention to detail. Since many of our gifts are custom-designed and specially prepared for each individual order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped.

We truly believe in delivering quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or there is a genuine issue with the product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will be happy to review and assist you.

Please note that all customized and clearance items are considered final sale.

Merchandise returned accompanied by original receipt in resalable condition may be refunded to original tender. Original credit and/or debit card (if applicable) must be presented to process refund. Any transactions over $50 when returning or Exchanging to credit card or cash will require an I.D. with name and address to be presented.

For merchandise returned without receipt, in resalable condition, a store credit note will be issued. Store credit note amount will be for lowest sale price in the last 3 months.

Shipping :

Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days after successful order placement.

All products are carefully packed and shipped securely via Shiprocket to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
